I'm nearly proud to say the only things I kept in the last two days (meaning yesterday and today) are 9 M&M Crispy, 6 Mentos Fruit and unsugared pineapple. I started drinking a lot of water. And had some vegetable stock. I believe if I want to keep this amount of food to eat, I will have to drink all I can get. Things without sugar of course. I'm on the otherside not proud to say I ate some more but nothing that stayed longer than a few minutes before I puked it all out.
In fact I felt the very need to eat those things, but when I went to the store because I needed some toiletpaper actually and I saw the lasagne and the crisps I didn't really felt the need anymore. And this sucks because I bought them anyway and also ate them. Because I'm used to it.
But the fact that I know I didn't really feel the need anymore gives me hope. I think I will make it. Make the hunger go away. Let's find out..
